Recovers approximately 40% of the scrap's weight as refined copper from material that would otherwise be discarded during the casting process — directly improving the economics of your casting line.
Manufactured to desired dimensions per customer request. Standard coiler sizes include 400, 560, and 630 mm. All dimensions can be fully customized to match your production requirements.
Metal reels with pipe flanges manufactured to DIN standards in 400, 560, and 630 sizes. Consistent dimensional accuracy ensures reliable cable and wire handling across all production environments.
A complete range of upcast system components: cooler, draw shaft, relay, and winding guide rollers. Each part is engineered for precision and reliability in continuous casting operations.
Standard 5 mm nickel plating applied for maximum durability. Each tube can be returned for polishing and reuse — twice — significantly extending service life. Custom specifications available on request.
Fully custom-designed and manufactured in full accordance with customer process requirements. Suitable for integration into existing production lines, with layout and capacity defined entirely by your specifications.
Designed for aluminum or sheet metal processing lines. Standard capacity of 2.5–3 tonnes, with heavier-capacity configurations available on request to suit individual production requirements.
